This block defines manual and platform payment outcomes for the professional.

Manual payment received: Cash or direct payment has been received by the professional.

External payment received: Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay direct, or another manual method has been received.

Refund Pending: Refund has been requested or started.

Refunded: Payment has been returned.

Partial refund: Part of payment has been returned.

Client credit issued: Client receives a credit for a future appointment.

Payment record: Payment method, status, balance, refund, and receipt are tied to the booking.
